This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.

We believe in transparent and fair policies that protect both our clients and our business. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

Service Booking Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we offer flexible cancellation options for our consultation services:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund, but you may receive a credit for 50% of the service value toward a future booking.
  • No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Rescheduling Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling to accommodate your busy schedule:

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $50.
  • Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, cancellation policies apply.
  • Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 90 days of the original appointment date.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction with our services is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find an appropriate resolution.

Resolution options may include a complimentary follow-up session to address unresolved concerns, partial refund for specific aspects of the service that did not meet expectations, credit toward future services, or other arrangements mutually agreed upon.

Please note that dissatisfaction with personal style recommendations that were provided based on professional assessment and your stated preferences does not constitute grounds for a refund, as style is subjective and our consultants provide guidance based on their expertise.

Package Services

For clients who purchase service packages that include multiple sessions:

  • Unused sessions from a package may be refunded at a prorated rate based on the individual session price, minus any package discount applied.
  • Package refund requests must be made within 6 months of the original purchase date.
  • Sessions that have been partially completed are not eligible for refund.
  • Package sessions are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved in writing.

Digital Products and Resources

Some of our services include digital deliverables such as style guides, color analysis reports, and outfit lookbooks. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Digital products delivered electronically are non-refundable once they have been sent to you.
  • If there are errors in your digital deliverables, please notify us within 14 days and we will correct them at no additional charge.
  • Custom digital content created specifically for your consultation is considered delivered once shared with you, regardless of whether you have downloaded or viewed it.

Shopping Service Purchases

If you participate in our personal shopping services and make purchases based on our recommendations:

  • Items purchased through retailers during shopping sessions are subject to each retailer individual return policy, not ours.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items you purchase from third-party retailers.
  • Our shopping service fee is for our time and expertise in guiding your purchases and is non-refundable once the shopping session has occurred.
  • We recommend keeping all receipts from purchases made during shopping sessions.

Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Gift certificates and vouchers for our services have the following terms:

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
  • Expired gift certificates may be honored at our discretion for a reduced value.
  • Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
